Acute abdominal dermohypodermatitis associated with pregnancy: A new observation

Erysipelas is an acute non-necrotizing bacterial dermohypodermatitis (DHD), most often (85%) affecting the lower limbs. The occurrence of during pregnancy may jeopardize maternal–fetal prognosis because its severity and obstetric complications. Early management multidisciplinary follow-up reduce complications these infections pregnancy. Several risk factors are implicated in DHB. They encountered pregnancy, such as lymphoedema, venous insufficiency, varicose veins, which explain topography lesions In addition, represents additional factor due to impairment immune system.
